The Annual Sausage Ball Making

This year our oldest son and his wife came over to help with making our sausage balls. They have a Bosch, so that helped to get them mixed up quickly. We made and cooked all seven batches. My son has raved about this appliance since he visited her family back in the courtin' days. I must say that he was so right. Each batch took less than a minute to mix. In years past it took forever about 30 minutes per batch to mix. That was so exhausting; although, it did provide some bonding time. We had a great visit. I'm so glad we were able to get together at such a busy time. I wish I had pictures to show all the stuff going on in the kitchen. Maybe we can get together and do it again before school starts back after the new year. Things like this make my heart happy. I'll try to get pictures in the future.
