me).Recently, while leaving a long detailed message for my older son on his cell phone, my middle son commented that I leave long messages. He went on to tell me that I had left him one that lasted for 3 minutes. Well, I like to leave messages that tell more than just "call me back". My reason is that if he does call me back and cannot reach me he can leave me detailed answers. I really think my boys avoid listening to the whole rig-a-ma-roll. They will see that I have called and just return the call, not listening to the message at all. Oh well, they are men and we all know that men just want the bottom line.
As a side note, please pray for me this weekend. We will be taking our son to college. Any mama knows that when you drop off your child for the first time you leave a little of your heart there with them. It's a painful surgery.
